Almas caviar is the rarest and finest caviar in the world which comes from the legendary Iranian Albino Beluga sturgeon. Almas means 'diamond' in Persian, referring to both the appearance and high value of Almas caviar.
Belugari’s Almas caviar selection is exquisite with milky white color and spongy texture with a rich nutty and creamy finish. The salting on our Almas caviar is true Malossol (less than 4% salted) and processed with natural sea salt and no preservatives.
We pride ourselves in guaranteeing our Almas grade comes from true and genuine Albino Acipenser Huso eggs and not Acipenser Ruthenus or other yellow or gold caller caviars.

Belugari’s Tiger Beluga is the highest grade of Beluga caviar in the world. Characterized by large egg size (> 3.5mm) which glisten like marble and resemble the eyes of a tiger, this Beluga caviar is harvested from mature Huso sturgeon (> 18 years).
This extremely fine and scarce type of Beluga caviar has a buttery and creamy texture with hints of walnut. The eggs are firm and can be rolled on the tongue.
Visually, the caviar looks stunning with bright grey hue. The salting on our Tiger Beluga Is true Malossol (less than 4% salted) and processed with natural sea salt and no preservatives. Availability of Tiger Beluga is limited and only available via our waiting list

Belugari’s Imperial Beluga is the flagship product of Belugari. This exceptional caviar is carefully selected from the top 10% of Iranian Huso Huso sturgeons to ensure outstanding quality and consistency.
The color is pale-silver with a balanced buttery-salty texture and taste characterized by the briny finish of Beluga. Despite the fragile body of regular Beluga Caviar, Belugari’s Royal Beluga selection ensures the texture is firm and in-tact and remains dry. The caviar is lightly salted (less than 4% salted) with sea salt and contains no preservatives. It is best enjoyed plain or with simple condiments like Blinis, chives, and egg white.

Belugari’s Royal Baerii contains the masterful selection of Siberian Sturgeon (Acipenser Baerii) eggs.
Produced and farmed in Iran, it is the finest grade of Baerii Caviar. With shades of black and dark brown, the flavor of the eggs is pure and elegant with hints of almonds and sea breeze. The eggs are distinctly fine-grained and can be rolled and popped on the tongue.
Belugari’s Baerii is an ideal pairing with seafood, pasta, tapas or it can be enjoyed plain as an appetizer.
